| The historic Pollockshaws Toll in Glasgow has received a face lift as part of Glasgow City of Light Strategy, thanks to Tryka L.E.D. Ltd.
The 18th Century former tollhouse was selected as one of the landmarks to be lit, with the purpose of creating an impact on the townscape by bringing vitality and interest to the city after dark.
Lighting Designer John Fagg - from the City Council's Lighting Consultancy - chose Tryka Module 12 IP67 in-ground luminaires for the project.

A total of 70 RGB units are positioned at 500mm intervals around the building and run on a pre-programmed eight night cycle. The sequence can be easily changed, to accommodate the requirements of special events throughout the year.
John Fagg, who was also responsible for the commissioning and installation, enthuses: "I am highly delighted with the final result. The strength and brightness of the L.E.D. colours and their close offset provide a revealing depth of the stonework and contribute to a very noticeable and visually pleasing night lighting effect."
